GVSync is a B2B networking platform connecting Manufacturers and Distributors worldwide. GVSync operates as an 'Intermediary' as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not initiate the transmission, select the receiver of the transmission, or select/modify the information contained in the transmission.
We comply with the Due Diligence requirements as per the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Users are prohibited from hosting, displaying, or uploading any information that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any law.
Prohibited Content Includes:
- Defamatory, harassing, or obscene material
- Content infringing intellectual property rights
- Misleading or deceptive information
- Content violating Indian laws or regulations
- Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
GVSync is NOT a payment platform. All commercial transactions, payments, and product deliveries are handled directly between the parties. GVSync is not responsible for any financial disputes or non-performance of contracts.
No Payment Processing
We do not handle funds, process payments, or manage financial transactions.
No Contractual Party
We are not a party to any agreement between manufacturers and distributors.
No Delivery Guarantee
Product quality, delivery, and fulfillment are solely between the parties.
Users must provide accurate business details including company name, registration numbers, and contact information. GVSync reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or violate Indian IT laws.

- GST/VAT or equivalent tax identification
- Official business email and contact information
- Authorized company representative verification
These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City/State], India.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, logos, and materials are the property of GVSync. User content remains owned by the user but licensed to us for platform operation.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable laws without prior notice.
GVSync is committed to protecting user data in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
